Secure Your Devices
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the device is powered off and factory reset if applicable.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
